Our Mission


The MedSport group systematically supports the growth of companies in the sensors sector, advanced data analysis through AI algorithms and in general in innovations concerning sports and health technologies with an Industrial Venture Builder approach operating internationally. Our mission is to support the growth, development, industrialization and gotomarket in the fields of Sport Performance and Health Care Monitoring with both a financial and managerial approach.

The MedSport.tech group was born in February 2021 and today has already 4 companies specialized in key strategic sectors in its development program: 
  • Med2Me: Software House specialized in telemedicine and telemonitoring with the aim of improving accessibility to health services through use of digital technologies. 
  • K-Sport: Leading company in the development of innovative solutions that combine advanced sensors with artificial intelligence to analyse, plan and improve the athletic performance of sportsmen. 
  • SSCB (Swiss Stem-Cells Biotech): Company focused on the Research & Development of advanced therapies through the use of stem cells for the treatment of various clinical conditions. 
  • RS Marketing: Marketing agency specialized in creating lead generation and direct marketing strategies for companies in the medical and sports sector.

ONGOING INVESTMENTS

Telemedicine platform

HealthCareTech (HCT) is a Cloud Platform   App designed and built in order to digitize and accelerate healthcare processes and simplify their accessibility.


The platform is made up of modules, which can be activated individually, interconnected to ensure continuity of care for patients, efficiency and digitization of healthcare activities.


The HCT modules concern: Telediagnosis of exams performed directly in the structure/at home by a nurse; Telemonitoring of vital signs; Televisits, Teleconsultations and Teleassistance.

Telemonitoring via HealthWatch

The development of sensors with wearable devices (HealthWatch) makes it possible to remotely monitor the progress of patients' vital parameters, in constant and automatic mode.


Thanks to advanced algorithms, our HealthWatches are able to detect, any time, any specific out-of-threshold values for the patient, activating an alert management system via an operations center connected 24/7.

Sensors applied to motorcycling

Our project, in collaboration between K-Sport and VR46, involves the creation of a sensorised system for the collection, processing and monitoring of telemetry performance data for motorcycling, made up of wearable devices and a dedicated transmitter, a specialized AI system with specific algorithms and parameters and an application (APP/WEB) for the collection and management of the data collected both in real time and in POST.

Device for Assessment of Respiratory Effort

In collaboration with a biotech start-up, IREC, we develop a pulmonary pressure measurement device that represents the new frontier for the treatment of respiratory insufficiencies.


We are developing a device that can replace the current devices for diagnosing the criticality of the pathology, which today are highly invasive and expensive (and therefore little used), to carry out measurements in simpler and more accessible ways for patients and doctors.

Spacesuits for Virgin Galactic tourists

Project in collaboration with Virgin Galactic for the creation of space suits that will be used by space tourists, in collaboration with astronaut Walter Villadei, who developed and tested the first prototype on one of his trips.

Sensors applied to skiing

Project underway in collaboration with the SUPSI University of Italian-speaking Switzerland, for the creation of a system to measure and then improve the sports performance of skiers, first professionals, to then extend the technology to all amateur skiers, through the application of sensors for detecting parameters, movement and physical, and analysis both in post and in real time of the efficiency indices.


The solution will also make use of Artificial Intelligence systems that will make it possible to obtain and analyze synthetic indices of efficiency and performance, easy to use and interpret by the athlete, trainers and coaches.

Identity Manager System

IDM is a Cloud platform that aims to standardize user management for all applications connected to it, both internal to the MedSport group and third parties, with particular attention to the protection of communications.


  • Eliminate user and authorization management development times, especially if we are talking about multi-tenant applications
  • Decouple the user master data from the data collected in the individual applications, in order to make them as anonymous as possible
  • Allow users to create keys, permanent or temporary, to allow access to their data
  • Ability to interrupt, at any time, communication between applications or a user's access to one or more of them in a single portal
